Yes they are.
Yes. They have salads, grilled cheese, grilled veggie/cheese sub, etc. Check out the menu on their website.
Not the last time I was in.
I don't think so. Doordash?
Sure you can
I did not think they do.
No but You can have a delivery service pick up your food and deliver it to you. For an extra fee.
Hi Brian. Most of our sandwiches can be ordered without bread but be aware of items with a bread crumb coating. IE chicken and eggplant parmigiana. While we do our best to accommodate food allergies we cannot guarantee any of our menu items are certified gluten free due to being prepared near and around gluten. GF menu items: Philly Cheesesteak NO BREAD, Chicken Ranch Salad, Hot Wing Chicken Salad, Mediterranean Salad, Potato Salad, Sweet Potato Fries
Let's just say their jalepeno sauce is to die for. So good. If you order a full size you better be ready to share because it's huge!
This location is smaller than the others I have been to, but it has some parking in the back and is convenient to downtown. The interior is a little snug and has simple tables and chairs. So nothing flashy there, yet the food was still delicious and the preparation was quick. I would suggest this for anyone in the mood for a salad or sandwich (especially a Philly or meatball).
This is the place for killer sandwiches. My wife and I split a meatball sandwich and Philly cheese steak sandwich and could not finish them both. Very athletic Philly and the meatball sandwich was very good (bring a bib). The only thing about this location could be better is the tables need to be a bit bigger for the portions they give you, and they did not have high chairs for the kids. One of their other locations may be better for families.
We came to Moochie's by referral from a friend. We're from out of town and hadn't been before. The lady behind the counter waited five minutes as we were perusing the menu, then said, "our computers aren't working and we close at 3."(12 minutes left) I was so confused and said okay? Her attitude was such that she could've said, "just turn around and leave because we don't want to help you." I understand issues such as this happens from time to time, and would've been just fine with it, but the rudeness was really off putting. I'm sure she was stressed out but there are ways around computer failures. All of the cooking tools were working fine. I'm just not sure I want to try again with such ride people working there.
This place is the real deal. Steaks are right off south street, no difference, even the rolls are spot on. Try the jalapeño sauce!
The Philly Cheesesteak was really good! Daughter enjoyed the Spaghetti and Meatballs. If you're visiting or live here and haven't been you're missing out! There's a reason they've won more than a few accolades for their food.
Food is great. Four stars for the signature sandwiches. The service needs some help. Lower the music, it's hard enough to communicate through face masks at this time. This was a favorite of mine during my years living in Salt Lake City.
We ordered 3 cheese steak 12" sandwiches today 6/4/2020 from the Salt Lake City location. I've eaten 20 + times from the Midvale location. I am so disappointed and disgusting with this location. Our sandwiches were greasy and had mixed burnt pieces and was not good. After feeling like I had gotten a horrible tasting sandwich I realized their was a hair in my food. I live in Sunset and didn't see any of this until we got home to feed our kids. Gross
This was hands down the best Philly cheesesteak I’ve EVER had! Everything from the bread to the meat, the peppers, cheese and even mushrooms (which I normally pick off) was just pure perfection. I only got a 6” and it was super filling so keep that in mind. I honestly can’t say enough good things and give this place enough praise. I will definitely become a regular here.
So hard to find something not super delicious on the menu. Even at lunch rush hour the wait wasn't long at all. Fry sauce is delicious as well. All the other sauces are great too. what a fantastic place to eat. And it looks like they've expanded so there's a lot more seating inside and out and in the adjoining building. You'll love this place.
As someone who has never been to Philly, I love their Philly cheesesteak and moochie's sauce
The origin story location of my love of their Philly Steak sandwiches. I understand that there are other options and I may have strayed from my beloved Philly once or twice. But for the vast majority of the time if I am going to Moochies, I am going for a Philly. The juicy meat, the melted cheese, the onions, and the roll all combine for a singular experience. Prices are a bit higher than most other places, but easily justified. The place gets crowded quickly, so keep that in mind if you are starving. Seating gets occupied quickly as well. Parking is limited to the street. Egress is dependent on where you park.
Love this place! The staff is friendly and humorous and they love the people that come in. I tried the special today. It was basically a cheeseburger on a long bun with roast beef instead of chopped. Still, pretty good (not as great as the original philly here, but good)
Given that meatballs in its name, I gave the meatball sub a go. The good: definitely alot of food. The staff was friendly and attentive and the French fry sauce was pretty tasty. The not as good: the meatballs were dry despite being covered in sauce, the bread was very chewy and the sandwich was somewhat difficult to eat. The French fries portion was humble as it was included in the meal combination. Definitely not the best but worth a return visit.
It's for sandwich peole :) it's good but nothing special so far. The sandwich I got is okay, bread is too big and not that soft. I like the sweet potato fries and the ambiance. Love that you can choose different spicy peppers without charge. I like their sauce too!
This place is great! Reasonable prices and large portions. Can't wait to go back.
Visited here for lunch today after coming across this restaurant on Diners Drive Ins and Dives. My husband had the Philly Cheese steak and loved it. I tried the Atomic Meatball and it too was really good. You almost need a big to eat it because it makes a mess. Parking is limited to the street and seating was limited too so we ate outside. The staff wasn't too overly friendly in my opinion. Our order got messed up and we werent upset but it took me standing there for a bit before someone (a young gentleman) finally came and fixed their mistake. We would eat here again but the vibe of the town is different as compared to what we are use to in Texas. Great food though!
Saw the diner on triple-D, it did not disappoint! Awesome experience.
I usually like moochies but the hot wing chicken sandwich needs a rework. Too much bread, not enough chicken, or hotwing sauce. Fries were on point as usual and there dipping sauces are great. Skip the hotwing chicken and get the meatball or the Philly.
